Metropolis Announces New Call Reporting Product

Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Metropolis Technologies announced the release of ProfitWatch SL, the latest in their line of next generation call reporting and telemanagement products. The new software solution is designed to meet the demands of the hotels' small to mid-market, and is scalable to accommodate hotel’s growing needs. ProfitWatch SL is PBX independent, and interfaces with most makes and models including Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, Shoretel, and NEC among others.


​With licenses beginning at as few as 50 extensions, ProfitWatch SL is an affordable management tool that provides detailed analytics to help businesses improve the productivity of their employees by increasing awareness of their communication usage. Supervisors can use SL to measure their agents performance, and track progress toward daily call goals for sales teams.

In addition to over 200 out-of-the-box report templates, abandoned calls, ring time, call duration, and call stage reports are among a few of the new reporting metrics available. SL also offers several optional add-on’s such as call accounting, custom mapping, and an integrated call recording module. Automation features make the software easy to administer, as reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery to key personnel via email, print, or saved to file, eliminating the need for IT staff to repeatedly provide reports to department managers.
