In the graphic reservation board you’ll see which rooms are accommodated by which guest(s) for how long at a single glance. Just scroll over the time line or navigate directly to a specific date. You’ll get the most important details about the reservation by simply clicking on it.

 

Bookatonce for iPhone: Availability overview per room

 

In the availability overview per room category you’re shown how many rooms are rented or still available in each room category for seven days. You can either skip from day to day via buttons or by scrolling over the time line.

When you enter the arrival and departure dates for a room via the reservation request, you’ll receive an overview of all available categories and rates. Then, you can just choose a guest from the existing guest profiles or create a new customer profile (in a simplified form).
